Baotou Huading Copper Development Co.Ltd was registered in Baotou Rare Earth High-tech District in September 2003,occupying a land of 430 mu,with staff of 825 and registered capital of 380,000,000 RMB yuan.It is made up of 4 shareholders,30%for Jinchuan Investment Holding Co.Ltd,10%for the Copper Industry Co.Ltd of Jinchuan Group,35.504%for Xingyi Metal Material Co.Ltd and 24.496%for Inner Mongolia High-tech Holding Co.Ltd.The business ranges from smelting and processing of copper and rare earth to sales of the final products,also involved in domestic trade,investment,warehousing,consultation and production and sales of minerals.The company aims at devoting to making the employees,government and shareholders satisfied and at fulfilling its social responsibility.
